Who are the Common Ground Young Adults ?
The Common Ground Young Adults - En Commun is a community of young adults from different churches, centered around Jesus, unity and faith; and desiring to see transformation in their lives and their generation.
They hold gatherings about once a month; where Pulse Montreal has had the opportunity to serve through leading worship a few times.
They in turn have also blessed us by lending a hand and volunteering at Pulse Check '25.

What sports will be played at Battle of the Ages?
Dodgeball, Basketball plus a couple more including but not limited to European handball, time permitting.

What team do I sign up with ?
For those are who are 35+ (including those turning 35 this year): Pulse Montreal
34 and younger: Common Ground

Any fun fact about the event ?
We got a whole opening and closing ceremony you won't want to miss!

Can I bring friends ?
Yes! The more the merrier.

Can I make posters and signs?
Of course! But let's keep them friendly and respectful ! We will also bring some supplies to make some a the event.

Can I just come and cheer?
Of course !
