Check-in: starting at 6:30PM on Friday. Please note that we will not be providing dinner on Friday evening.
First session: 8PM on Friday
What should I pack? We recommend bringing bedding or a sleeping bag, a pillow, towels, toiletries, comfortable clothing, running shoes, a water bottle, a Bible/notebook, and weather-appropriate outdoor clothing.
Note: the forecast is predicting rain Saturday.
If you plan to enjoy the waterfront or outdoor activities, you may also want to bring a swimsuit, sandals, sunscreen, bug spray, and a flashlight.
For our Mocktail Hour, there will also be the possibility of networking so if you have them, please bring your business cards.
In the activities section lower, we mention the use of the Frontier Lodge snack bar, the tuck shop, that requires cash money or e-transfer.
If you would like to go fishing, the lodge requires a fishing permit that you get online here.
What should I not bring? Please do not bring alcohol, cannabis products, drugs, fireworks, weapons, nuts/nut products, or unnecessary valuables/electronics. Smoking is not permitted on the property.
What are the activities offered during the free time mentioned in the schedule?
The following activities will be available to us: -Waterfront activities (during the lifeguard's shift) including canoes, kayaks, paddle boards -Gym: basketball, volleyball, floor hockey, soccer, badminton, archery, ping pong -Art corner (feel free to bring your colouring supplies as well) -Tuck Shop: Frontier Lodge's Canteen stocked with snacks and drinks for purchase (please bring extra cash money but they also accept e-transfer) - Fishing: those who would like to fish from a canoe or a kayak should bring their own fishing license. Frontier Lodge will have a few fishing rods available for our group. Can I choose who I room with? Of course ! The rooms are gender specific, and you are welcomed to mention in your registration form who you would like to room with.
What meals are included? Friday evening snack - Saturday breakfast - Saturday lunch - Saturday dinner - Sunday brunch
Can dietary restrictions be accommodated? Yes ! Make sure to mention them in the appropriate part of the registration.
Is Sponsoring others a possibility? Absolutely ! If you are in a financial position to make it possible for others to join, let us know by email or DMs and we will be happy to let people know.
I can no longer attend the retreat, what is your refund policy ? Sorry to hear you aren't able to join us after all. We will refund you your full registration fee until Sunday May 17, 2026 ; and 50% until Sunday May 24, 2026.
Should I take the Friday off? Check-in and room assignment starts at 6:30PM on the Friday evening. Here is the full schedule.
