What is Pulse Montreal?
Pulse Montreal is a gathering of Christians between the ages of 35 and 55, from various churches across the city.

Between careers, Church responsibilities, big financial decisions, aging parents, growing kids, relationships, and the different pressures of today's society;
we want to foster a space where we seek God's will for all of these areas.

Our events are centered around prayer, worship, biblically sound equipping (in the form of breakout sessions), fellowship and fun.

We come from churches that include but are not limited to Westside Gathering, Jubilee Montreal, River’s Edge, and Lakeshore Church.

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is designed for adults ages 35–55. After a lot of prayer, discussion, and observation, we felt called to create a space specifically for this age group, as many in this season of life are looking for deeper community and conversations around challenges unique to them.
We did consider expanding the age range, but found that younger adults often still have strong connections through young adult ministries, while a wider age range created too large of a life-stage gap for the kind of environment we want to build.
While the retreat itself is focused on ages 35–55, we warmly welcome others to volunteer, support, and join us at the Pulse Check-In Worship Night in November.

Can I choose who I room with?
Of course ! The rooms are gender specific, and you are welcomed to mention in your registration form who you would like to room with.
