Our Mission
Christian adults between of ages of 35 and 55 encounter a specific set of responsibilities; between caring for aging parents, important financial and career decisions, parenting, friendships, and more. Witnessing this even in our own lives, we desire to serve Montreal churches by creating a space where equipping, networking, prayer, worship, and fellowship take place.
Our worship team, as well as our planning team, is made of individuals coming from diverse churches in the city.

We envision Christian adults, supported and equipped to do God's will in the diverse spheres they are called to; whether personal, professional, public or private.

What We Do
Pulse Retreat and Pulse Check are events where we invite Christian speakers from different fields to come and impart their Biblically sound wisdom and expertise. Those gatherings always start and end with prayer and worship.
We also like to organize fun events through the year such as potlucks and fun sports activities.
Our worship team regularly partners with the Common Ground Young Adults.
